What does my registration include?
Full conference registration to attend the International Indigenous Music Summit 2023 includes access to all events in our schedule ie.

• Access to the IIMS 2023 Welcoming Ceremony and Feast on May 31, 2023
• Access to the Delegate Reception & Opening Gala on May 31, 2023
• Access to all panels, workshops, and networking sessions
• Access to all offsite workshops (NCCT, Universal Music Canada)
• Access to all official showcases at TD Music Hall and key venues across Toronto (Rivoli, Buddies, TRANZAC)
• Access to Ishkōdé Records closing party on June 4, 2023

I heard there’s a shuttle. What are the pickup times, how do I get on it?

We have organized a shuttle to take registered delegates to specific events, workshops and showcases. If you’d like to confirm your spot on the shuttle please visit this RSVP form.

Shuttle provided for:

• MAY 31:
  Round trip to Chelsea Hotel to Ceremony & Feast and back to Chelsea Hotel

• JUNE 1:
  Round trip to TD Music Hall to The Rivoli (note there is no shuttle back to hotel from the Rivoli) for the 10:00pm showcase
• JUNE 2:
  Round trip to TD Music Hall to Native Canadian Centre and back to TD Music Hall for “Forging Change – Mainstream Cultural Competencies” workshop
• JUNE 2:
  From TD Music Hall to Buddies in Bad Times Theatre (note there is no shuttle back to hotel from Buddies) for the 10:00pm showcase
• JUNE 3:
  Round trip to the Funders Information Session
• JUNE 3:
  Round trip to TD Music Hall to TRANZAC (note there is no shuttle back to hotel from TRANZAC) for the 10:00pm showcase
• JUNE 4:
  Round trip to TD Music Hall to Universal Music Canada for “Production and Songwriting” workshop

Are tickets available for individual showcases?

For those that are not registered for the entire Summit, people can purchase tickest to the following shows in advance:

A certain nnumber of tickets will be available at the doors at the following venues for $25/ticket (cash only)

• JUNE 2: Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, 10PM
• JUNE 3: TRANZAC, 10pm

Who can attend the International Indigenous Music Summit?
The International Indigenous Music Summit is an inclusive event and everyone is welcome. We host a variety of programming including showcases, roundtables, panel discussions and much more. Some sessions are private meetings directed to specific delegates (ie. the Presenters Network) and certain sessions and activities may be reserved for members of Indigenous Nations and communities. However, the majority of programming is open to all delegates.
